- One-Time Discounts are valid ONLY for the specified duration of the
  proposed quotes and the discounts will EXPIRE if
  the proposed contracts are NOT authorized prior to its expiration...
	- can't wait forever...
	- discounts expires after days of the invoice date

	if the invoice is not paid within net-30, the discounts are
	null and void and the discounts amount applied to balances owed

- On-Going Discounts are valid as long as pre-negotiated terms and conditions 
  are still valid 
	- discounts cannot be excessive that it beomes significantly unfavorable
	to other clients that paid "full price"

- Discounts are "NULL and Void", if there are any disagreements and
  "normal full price" will be rendered including additional "tech support" costs

	- Additional legal, attorneys fee, administrative and collection fees
	will be added to enforce the collection of your invoice and all 
	discounts are null and void for delayed/deliquent accounts

- Varying degree of Discounts are available...
	- to schedule our purchases from vendors
	- to schedule our work load and crew

	- pre-paid contract basis...
	- to encourage sales from customers
	- to encourage larger orders
	- minimal email interaction
	- minimal paperwork
	- minimal issues with invoices

	  NOT exceed 10% of previous payments/invoices

	- cpu/disks/memory/etc are NOT typically discounted since we
	dont receive much of a noticeable discount either and is NOT
	worth the time to discuss via email or phone negotiations

	- Additional discounts are available and subject to board approval
	and terms and conditions in the customized "Bulk Sales Contracts"

- Travelling time to/from client site is considered billable hours

- Time spent in emails are also billable hours...
	- 15 minutes ( $25.oo ) per email ...

- Hardware, replacement hardware, software costs are billable on
  separate time/materials billing 
	- Warranty on CPU/disks/etc are provided by the originating manufacturer
	and NOT by 3rd party vendors like us

- Discounts are NOT available on hardware, as it is beyond our control
